If you place an order on behalf of another person, organisation or business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

- measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances; and

Where a material error is identified, we may contact the customer before proceeding with fulfilment.
4. Product Photographs

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Confirmation

The order confirmation confirms receipt of your order request and does not necessarily constitute an unconditional guarantee of fulfilment where a legitimate stock, payment, pricing or operational issue subsequently arises.
8. Cancellation of Orders
Because products may be sourced, reserved, prepared, packed or processed through vendors or suppliers, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered processing.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation will generally not be available.
Cancellation requests received before processing may be reviewed depending on the status of the order and the circumstances.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

Fraudulent or Unauthorised Payments
Lavy & Lilac Fashion Studio will not be responsible for fraudulent, unauthorised or illegally obtained payment methods used by a customer or any third party.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used to place an order is authorised and belongs to them or that they have the necessary permission to use it.
Lavy & Lilac reserves the right to hold, cancel or refuse an order where a transaction appears suspicious, fraudulent or unauthorised, or where payment verification cannot be completed.
Any payment dispute, chargeback or transaction-related claim may be subject to verification with the applicable payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
10. Payment Confirmation
An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
A debit appearing in the customer’s bank account does not by itself confirm successful receipt of payment by Lavy & Lilac.
Where a transaction is pending, failed, reversed or otherwise unconfirmed, the order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Any resulting delay will be additional to the standard delivery timeline applicable to the order.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges and applicable delivery information will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of:
- courier delays;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- strikes;
- transportation disruption;
- incorrect or incomplete address information;
- customer unavailability;
- vendor or manufacturing requirements; and
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

12. Returns & Exchanges
Lavy & Lilac follows an exchange-based policy rather than a general return-for-refund policy, subject to applicable law.
Customers should review the separate Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
Eligible exchanges generally require the product to be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unaltered;
- in original condition;
- accompanied by original tags where applicable; and
- accompanied by original packaging where reasonably applicable.
13. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive a product that appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially defective, please contact us promptly.
We may request:
- order number;
- photographs of the outer package;
- photograph of the shipping label;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of any visible damage;
- video evidence; and
- continuous unboxing/opening video where required under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
All complaints are subject to reasonable review and verification.
14. Refunds
Lavy & Lilac does not provide routine refunds merely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to retain a product or has a personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Where Lavy & Lilac is unable to fulfil an accepted and paid order because the required product is unavailable and cannot reasonably be delivered within 50 business days from the order date, the customer may request cancellation/refund of the undelivered product/order in accordance with the Refund & Exchange Policy.
15. Replacement Availability
Replacement is subject to availability and vendor confirmation.
If the exact product is unavailable at the time the exchange is approved, Lavy & Lilac may, at its discretion and after checking with the vendor/manufacturing units, offer one of the following:
- the same product with a revised delivery timeline, subject to the availability of the required raw materials, fabrics, trims and other components necessary for manufacturing the replacement product, as well as the vendor’s production schedule;
- another readily available product of the same value, excluding shipping charges;
- a comparable alternative product of the same value, excluding shipping charges; or
- another mutually agreed solution.
16. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property appearing on this website, including but not limited to:
- Lavy & Lilac name;
- logos;
- taglines;
- brand identity;
- product names;
- product photographs;
- catalogue images;
- written content;
- product descriptions;
- website graphics;
- artwork;
- illustrations;
- videos;
- promotional materials; and
- website layout and design
is owned by Lavy & Lilac or used under an appropriate licence or permission, unless otherwise stated.
17. Prohibited Use of Our Content
